JFK FACTS
JEFF MORLEY WRITES -
Friends
The mission of JFKfacts.org is to bring the kind of spirited
and deeply informed debate we have in this listserve to the World Wide
Web. We want to become the preeminent site for discussion of the JFK
story. Is anybody outside of our little group interested? We think so,
especially as the 50th anniversary of the assassination approaches.
JFKfacts.org is a social media Web site, meaning that
readers' contributions are not just welcome, they are fundamental. So we hope
that you will consider contributing your expertise.
We're looking for people to answer specific factual
questions about the JFK story in a concise and responsible way. (For more on
our contributors policy, click here). If we achieve our fund-raising goals, we will
have an editorial budget to pay for solicited articles that break new ground on
the JFK presidency and assassination story.
We're also looking for memories of November 22, not to flog
conspiracy/lone nut theories, but to capture the experience and emotions of
that day and its aftermath. You can share yours here.
And we are raising money via Indiegogo, the
fund-raising Web site. Check out my introductory video and our prospectus for the site.
Please circulate this link with anyone interested in supporting an informed and
civil debate about the JFK story.
Comments, corrections, complaints, and suggestions are
welcome.
Happy Thanksgiving.
JEFF
